Welcome to the CCWAA Annual Convention

On behalf of the CCWAA Board of Directors, we welcome all member clubs, wrestlers, coaches, promoters, and guests to our annual gathering. This year's convention promises to be one of our most exciting yet, with record membership growth and 17 teams competing in the championship tournament.

Each member club's voting representative is reminded to attend all scheduled business sessions as required by CCWAA Bylaws § 945.2 and § 8675329.

The Early Years

Where it all began. The first decade of CCWAA conventions established the Rostrum tradition — modest setups but limitless enthusiasm for the sport of gentlemen.

The Golden Era

Rostrums grew more elaborate as clubs competed for supremacy. The '70s brought bigger displays, better food service, and unforgettable team spirit.

The Convention Hall — Heart of the CCWAA Experience

The Convention Hall transforms into a spectacular arena where competitive tailgating meets championship wrestling. Each club's Rostrum — ranging from customized trailers to elaborate flatbed displays — surrounds the official CCWAA ring, creating an electrifying atmosphere of team pride, hospitality, and athletic excellence.

  • Standard Space: 20' x 30' per team
  • Power: 30-amp service provided; 50-amp upon request
  • Setup: Wed 6PM–Thu 9AM; Fri 6AM–8AM
  • Teardown: Sat 8PM–Sun 12PM
