Wrestlers engage in pure upper-body grappling with emphasis on throws, lifts, and control positions. Judges reward technical excellence, clean throws that expose the opponent's back, and sustained control.
Club Tradition
Wrestlers wear club monogrammed singlets, match officiated by club's most senior member
Event Information
