Freestyle with Etiquette Breaks - Standard freestyle wrestling with mandatory composure moments
Match Flow
Full freestyle wrestling rules apply, allowing leg attacks, shots, and all standard techniques. Either wrestler may call for a composure break once per round.
Club Tradition
Sparkling water served on silver tray during 5-minute break, full bar service during cocktail intermission
Required Apparatus
A red waist flag that can be thrown to indicate a desired break.
